Tickets-for-Charity® (TFC) works with top performing artists, theaters and professional sports teams to offer fans access to premium seats and unique VIP experiences that also benefit charity. Fans pay the same or better price they’ll find elsewhere for high-demand seats that often sell out at the box office. The difference is that each purchase through Tickets-for-Charity supports great causes selected by fans and ticket partners (rather than unauthorized brokers and scalpers).
Here's how it works:
- Artists, theaters and sports teams make a selection of seats available for Charitable Sale through TFC
- TFC offers tickets at face value plus a pre-determined donation amount
- 100% of ticket face value or VIP package value is remitted to the original ticket source
- 100% of donation amount (net only direct transaction costs) is distributed to charities selected by fans and ticket partners at checkout
- Fans pay the same or better price they’re currently paying ticket brokers & scalpers, but now 100% of the benefit above face value benefits charity
- TFC charges a service fee to help keep our lights on and manage every Charitable Sale™ aspect, from online transactions and fulfillment to customer service and donation distributions
