This position is responsible for leading the Company’s Sports Partnership Development effort to acquire new sports industry relationships and grow existing engagements to drive sports ticket consignments by teams and leagues for “Charitable Sale” by Tickets-for-Charity (100% of face value goes to the team; amounts above face value benefit the team/buyer’s designated charity).
The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated individual with a proven talent for “selling into” senior levels of complex and dynamic organizations that require multi-level decision-making and consensus. This candidate is accomplished at leading and driving a broad-based strategic sales process, communicating progress and meeting goals on schedule. This person will be adept at understanding the business strategy articulated by the Company’s leadership team and optimizing the path to meet the organization’s goals.
The person should have consistent and demonstrated success in sales, a proven sales methodology and be able to articulate his/her sales process and activity plan internally and to the Company’s board of directors. The successful candidate will also be able to build and manage a team to gain and support acquired relationships.
A pre-existing network of industry contacts is necessary for this role, though it will be supplemented as needed by cold-calling into new account prospects and leveraging other means to gain entry into new accounts. The ability to build and manage a wide portfolio of clients and prospects is a key skill needed for this opportunity.
Finally, the successful candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset (and, possibly, some entrepreneurial background) with an appreciation for the fast-paced, high-pressured, accelerated growth environment of an early stage company in which everyone pitches in at the highest and lowest levels of responsibility.

Tickets-for-Charity is seeking a marketing and communications rock star to join our team as Senior Marketing Manager to help drive charitable ticket sales for some of the country’s most exciting sporting events, concert tours and theater performances. In this role, you will help design, plan and implement creative marketing and email database-building campaigns; pitch and develop strategic marketing partnerships at the national and local level; engage the Company’s performing artist, sports team, theater and nonprofit partners in co-marketing activities; and analyze performance of multiple marketing channels to optimize ongoing strategic initiatives using data-driven tracking and tools you will help to select, design and/or implement.
This role requires someone with a natural ability to engage various audiences in person and via phone as you will interface with external partners on a regular basis (think Manager of your favorite band, Senior Executive at the NBA, influential Board Members, etc.!). Impeccable written communication skills in everything from writing marketing copy and press releases to corporate communications, presentations and marketing plans are also essential for this role. While you will help manage marketing initiatives for live events nationwide, this role will also have an emphasis on marketing and PR to drive awareness and sales for new Charitable Sale programs with professional sports teams nationwide.

Manager, Charity Partnership Marketing
Tickets-for-Charity is seeking a highly-motivated marketing and communications star to join our team as Manager, Charity Partnership Marketing which has dual responsibilities in marketing engagement of the Company’s partner charities as well as overall relationship management. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with the Company’s broad network of partner charities; effectively engage national partners, sports team foundations and local partner chapters in co-marketing activities to promote exciting sports and entertainment events where every ticket purchase benefits partner charities; help design, plan and implement charity-specific marketing campaigns and communications; and analyze performance of charity-related marketing channels to optimize ongoing strategic initiatives. You will manage all communications with partner charities, including marketing engagement, reporting and compliance for each relationship
This role requires someone with a unique combination of creative sales and marketing skills and superior organization skills to manage and track critical details relating to fundraising compliance and reporting for each partner charity.
