Information Collection & Use

Tickets for Charity, LLC ("TFC") collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our website, (the "Site").

Orders. If you purchase a product or service from us through our Site, we request certain personally identifiable information from you to complete the order. You will be required to register for a Customer Account prior to purchasing, the content of which may include such personal information as name, email, and address. At the time of your order, we may require financial information (such as your credit card number, expiration date and CVV code) to complete the transactions on the Site. We use this personal and financial information for billing purposes, to fill your orders, process your donations and track your order activity in your Customer Account. If we have trouble processing an order or donation, we will use personal information to contact you. We never store this financial information beyond the duration of the order.

Sign-Ups. If you choose to complete a sign-up form, register to be notified about an upcoming event, opt-in at time of purchase, or otherwise provide TFC your email, address and/or name, either through the Site, a promotional landing page, social media, or any other data collection outlet created by TFC, we may use this personally identifiable information from you to contact you about services on our Site. Also, unless you otherwise elect to opt-out, we may forward your information to third parties (e.g. a Partner Charity or Ticket Source) associated with a particular event or campaign.

Sweepstakes. From time to time, we may have a sweepstakes offering. If you choose to enter a sweepstakes, we require certain personally identifiable information from you on our entry form (such as name and email address). We will use this information to contact you if you are a winner in the sweepstakes. In addition, we may use this information to contact you about services on our Site.

Please see Information Sharing and Disclosure below to see how we share aggregate and personally identifiable information with third parties. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Service-Related Announcements. We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

Customer Service. We will communicate with you regarding updates related to your orders, in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will typically communicate with you by email or telephone.

In addition, we tie your personally identifiable information, and your order history, to information in the Profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers, enhance the user experience and improve the content of the Site.
